I love your product and look forward to the monthly specials. I have also noticed an improvement in the delivery time. While I was excited about the protein options, I did not enjoy the flavor and consistency as much as the traditional recipes. Of course, it would be great if the cost came down a bit, but I try to appreciate the uniqueness and quality of the product.

I have been eating your yogurt since June 2025. I have found that it has been very helpful with bloating in my gut. I’ve tried Original, Chocolate and Harvest Strawberry . I have enjoyed them all. I recently purchased two cases, 6 jars in each case, from Whole Foods in Richmond, Virginia. When I got home to place them in the refrigerator at least 6 of the 12 jars were stuck to the cardboard. The jars had a thick sticky syrup on the sides and bottom of the jars. The jars are sealed and lid is tight. I’ve also found this same problem when I’ve purchased them in other Whole Foods stores throughout the country. When I open one of those jars the top of the yogurt is a gray color. When I mix the contents to combine the syrupy bottom, the lower yogurt is a pink color. Can you explain the reason for the syrupy spillage and the discoloration of the top yogurt.

This has helped my gut heal after taking antibiotics for four months. I eat this like dessert and don’t feel guilty about it.

Upon notifying the company I had another shipment sent my way and received it promptly at no extra charge to me. I was also able to easily cancel a month’s shipment because I was going to be traveling and wouldn’t be home to receive it. Please keep up the great service!
