All the t shirts I’ve ordered are great quality. I took one star away for the obsene amount charged for shipping to Canada. For sending via usps it’s very expensive. I would order more but the shipping costs stop me every time.

I love The Chive App and the store as well. Great products! Prices are a little bit high but I get it. One thing that needs improvement, when I post a picture and it's removed, for what ever reason, I need to see the picture and have an explanation on why a moderator removed the picture. Currently all I get is a small box explaining that the item was removed that I need to follow the rules. I need to understand what rule I broke. I make every attempt to not break any rules. In the past I've had pictures removed because they were considered to adult. The picture showed absolutely nothing. It would be nice to be able to send a message back and ask someone to relook at the pictures. Other than that everything else is banging pretty good. I enjoy the website. I enjoy the app and who doesn't love the store?

T-Shirt sizes seem to run a little small. But everything available is really fun and cool.

Overall I love The Chivery store, what is offered and what The Chive stands for. As it relates to the store, I would like to purchase more (a lot more). However, living in Canada the pricing (after exchange rate), and then shipping time is becoming a bit too much. On avg Canadians pay 33% more due to exchange rate + shipping costs. Then there’s delivery times. It takes longer as it’s cross border - I’m waiting about 3 weeks + for orders to arrive for std items (not special order / coins). Despite having disposable, I am being more responsible when it comes to purchasing comfort items. Of course I will continue to buy when there is something I really want. But I would definitely buy more if there was a Canadian distribution channel. Certainly not a complaint about The Chive / The Chivery and what they do. I love what is offered and the joy it brings me. More just about the realities of living in another country and how far the dollar stretches.

Always makes me smile

Took several weeks for two t shirts and a coin to arrive and was rather inconvenient for this time of year, scheduling myself to be home for packages that wouldn’t arrive for weeks later. It’s great getting the product you want, it better to get it in a timely manner. I took off one star from and otherwise great customer experience. Please fix the delivery communication issue to better reflect actual arrival time/date.

Products are good quality. Shipping to Canada is very expensive for regular mail. I would purchase more if shipping was more reasonable.

I know the Chive does so much for the community that I’d never return something I ordered. But, the T-shirt's definitely need to have baby Gap vs normal man sizes defined more clearly. My 2xl fits like a large. Super thin as well. I like mine thicker. So I gave them away. No harm done.
