I have a 3 product routine that I just started to help with my calming/sleep and stay asleep issues. First, the liquid hemp supplement "shhh" (150mg cbn+450mg cbd). I take 1m/l dropper, then 1 "ommm" CBG gummie (50 mg) and 1 "shhh" CBN gummie for sound sleep. I take it all at least 1 hour before I start my bedtime routine. It has improved my time of getting to sleep faster as well as staying asleep a bit longer, however, still room for more improvement here. I'm open to trying a different combination to get me even more positive results.
