From start to finish, the ordering process was smooth and all my questions were answered. I ordered special Christmas gifts for under the tree for 5 different people and she boxed them appropriately. Writing a box number on bottom and on packing slip so I would know whose is whose without having to open them. They arrived with lots of protection and survived the trip to Ontario. When I opened the box, the whole room smelled amazing! Can't wait until Christmas morning to open them. They just look and smell amazing.
