From start to finish, the ordering process was smooth and all my questions were answered. I ordered special Christmas gifts for under the tree for 5 different people and she boxed them appropriately. Writing a box number on bottom and on packing slip so I would know whose is whose without having to open them. They arrived with lots of protection and survived the trip to Ontario. When I opened the box, the whole room smelled amazing! Can't wait until Christmas morning to open them. They just look and smell amazing.

They are such high quality. . in appearance AND scent. . the prices are VERY reasonable! & the customer service is amazing. . every time!! I always worry when bath bombs are shipped. . will they break? (sooometimes with another popular bath bomb store. . the one in all the malls. . I have received broken bombs ☹. . and yes, customer service is understanding. . but isn’t it soo much nicer when the items just arrive as they should? ❤ & here? It’s NEVER been a problem!
