Love love love the knife so sharp and feels great in my hand not too heavy. Also your service was amazing as was your attention to detail with the packing and my knife was here so quickly. Thank you I am very happy.

I have been looking for a quality mandolin for a while. I like to make sauerkraut at home in volume and cutting with a knife takes a long time and very laborious. This utensil is just perfect for making lots with minimal effort. Japanese made kitchenware is the BEST. Thanks !

Quick and smooth experience. Item was well-packed and well-protected.

It’s pretty good, highly recommended I’m thinking of getting wetstone as well. It arrived earlier than I expected One thing I suggest is to check on Au post app if you won’t be home when it's delivered because they didn’t leave me a missed delivery card. It doesn’t connect with tracking app “shop”( the web suggests the app “shop”) Anyways, the service was also good,I got the answer I need it right away.
