It arrived earlier than I expected One thing I suggest is to check on Au post app if you won’t be home when it's delivered because they didn’t leave me a missed delivery card. It doesn’t connect with tracking app “shop”( the web suggests the app “shop”) Anyways, the service was also good,I got the answer I need it right away.

Knife arrived a lot quicker than expected - a pleasant surprise, thank you. It's a long knife that takes a little getting used to the extra length (just ask my thumb and forefinger!). Super sharp. Slices through large crusty bread loaves and delicate croissants with ease and without making a mess or squashing. Does the job brilliantly.

I purchased a set of Sharpton whetstones and am very happy with the product(s). Delivery was prompt and items were as described.

Since this order, I have placed three more. All shipped immediately, arrived quickly, and were well packaged by someone who understands how packaging should be done. My only minor complaint was a lack of response to an email query I sent after placing my original order and realising I had missed an item. An extremely minor issue that does not at all detract from the experience.
