Since this order, I have placed three more. All shipped immediately, arrived quickly, and were well packaged by someone who understands how packaging should be done. My only minor complaint was a lack of response to an email query I sent after placing my original order and realising I had missed an item. An extremely minor issue that does not at all detract from the experience.
