A pretty good experience overall. Was a little skeptical of recieving so close to the date, but everything worked out well, the suit fit and fun was had by all. Shipping back was easy (collecting all the items to ship back the day after a wedding, not so much).

The color was great, and I got plenty of compliments! The fit was a little different than any other suits I own, so there had to be some alterations.

Very nice tux. Made for a great ceremony.
The tux fit quite well for a non-custom fit tux. Quality was very nice, even considered buying it. The shirt needed to be exchanged for a larger size, which was received quickly. The tux and the shirt needed professional pressing. The only drawback was the length of time it took to answer the phones, a fairly minor issue. All in all it worked well and would consider again.

The website was super easy to use, and all my groomsmen said it was the simplest return of a suit ever! I would 100% recommend The Black Tux again!

Website was straightforward, service was great. Had to call Support to pay for a groomsman's outfit, but it wasn't too difficult. Would recommend and use again.

The Website was extremely easy to use. Everyone looked stunning on our wedding day. The most exceptional part of your company I would have to say is your customer service. I had a special request as I had an oversea's wedding with 9 Groomsmen That I was renting Tux's for. I spoke with customer service about my dilemma as no one was planning to leave early enough to accommodate the standard return timeline. After speaking to a manager about the exception, They were very understanding and accommodating of my situation and the return went without incurring extra expenses that would have been unavoidable. I would highly recommend the service to anyone doing oversea weddings.

All the tuxs looked good. As usually happens a few of us had something that didn't fit. We let you know and you fixed the problem right away. As a result all fit well. Boxes and send-back all went well.

Everything went great! My groomsmen thought the process was efficient appreciated not having to rush back the rental to a store.

Below average Price for an average tux. Nothing special but you get more than you pay for.
Everything ran incredible smooth. Great fit. Speedy arrival. Only issue was the rush to get it in the mail after the event. It would would be nice if there were an extra day or two. Maybe this can be accomplished by a later arrival before the event so it is still available in inventory for the same amount of time.
