3 Velux Skylights arrived in perfect condition and well-within the stated ship time (3-5 days. ) SolarTown saved the day for our new roof installation, when our local box stores were out of stock in the size wee needed, and the only alternatives were much higher in price +/or backordered for 2 weeks.

Works great. Great quality. Reduces the inside temperature by a lot with the blinds closed.

It's nice, but would be better if they come with the wand to open and close them, rather then having to buy it separately.

Our 4 Velux skylights & flashing kits arrived safely within a few days of ordering. The installers were impressed with the quality of the skylights, and the ease of the installation process. We've had a few heavy rainstorms since they were installed, and they performed flawlessly! They look perfect in our new lanai roof, and the remote control blinds are a nice bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to buy Velux products from SolarTown in the future!

I tried to return an unopened box of material and I was denied. This tube comes in a standard box size for a 2' or 4' section (4' being two boxes instead of one). Amazon would have honored my request without fail. Never do business with a smaller company as they will nickel and dime you. This is why Amazon reigns supreme -- they're customer-focused.

These skylights are so nice!! We had our roofers install them and they look so good. Very very happy.
