I’m now extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. An item was missing from my delivery, and I reported it on the day I received the order. Despite contacting the company promptly, the first response I received a couple of days later was completely irrelevant to my query. I chased it up again and received an acknowledgement, but still no action. I am now over a week on and still haven’t received the missing item, a refund, or even a proper response. I have repeatedly explained that this is a very straightforward matter, either send the missing item and confirm it has been dispatched, or refund the money. I’m left out of pocket while seemingly being ignored. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and, based on the customer service I’ve received, I certainly won’t be using this company again.

Ordered two of the same item only one arrived with no explanation in the packaging or email as to why causing me to have to get in touch with them and chase the other item. I was then emailed they were looking into it then received an email telling me I was being refunded no apology either. Won't use again no matter how cheap they are
