I bought this product not holding out much hope after suffering with the dreaded hot flushing and night sweats for the past year. However, I persisted and after about 2 weeks of continual use I noticed my symptoms had vanished. I'm also a terrible sleeper and have found that this not only helps me go to sleep but I stay asleep for longer. It's had a huge impact on my daily existence! Mid way through my second jar now and have had so much relief that I just subscribed to take it indefinitely. This truly is a wonder product.

I love Carla Oates products and have been using Glow for a few years now but I could barely get through the bottle of sugar and metabolism capsules. It burned my throat every time I took one. One night I took one before bed and when I lay down, I was actually in pain so I had to sit up for over an hour until the sensation went away. I'm sure the team meant well by creating this capsule but on this occasion, it needs adjusting. The after effects is horrible.

I ran out of the Glow and wasn’t really in a hurry to reorder until I realised why my skin was looking so dull hence I now have extra in the pantry. I also have Body, collagen, hydration and antioxidant cocktailed each morning. Love it.
