I ordered the body trimmer years ago. I had an issue with my charger so I reached out to customer service. At the time they were unable to help me due to not having a part. Honestly, I had given up and forgot about it until they had reached out a few weeks later let me know that the missing parts had been brought in and they would be able to help me replace my part and they sent it to me for free. All my questions were answered over email and the constant follow up was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I always wanted to grow my beard and at the age of 45 all I have is a patchy beard so I just shave it off. I took a chance and looked at a few companies and i saw that this one was honest and said that nothing is promising and it also depends and genetics and I remembered my father had a great beard in his prime so I said I’m dining it. I ordered the starter kit and I can’t believe with in that month I started to see little hairs growing and now I have a decent beard, but thanks to this company I learned that it’s also skin care and nutrition.
