had a 0% from local supermarket. just once. then couldn't get it again. so went on company site for tanqueray flor de sevilla. Their "buy" link brought me to the bar. so very pleased it did. clear language. ease of payment. eco packing DHL couriers also was good at keeping me updated too. as does shop app

I have just received my third order from you. I have not had a problem with the products received, but I think you need to move away from using UPS. The information flow from UPS is unreliable, and delivery often changed just before the delivery slot. As, quite rightly, a signature is required your customers need to be able to reply upon information received. In my experience, this has not been the case.
