My family will NEVER order from the 7 Line website again. Ordered two hats for holiday gifts in November and only received one in the package. Immediately emailed the error (as there is no customer service phone number) and requested a replacement or refund with no reply. After two more email attempts and still no reply or acknowledgement of receipt, it is now 3 months later. I guess we are out the $45. They apparently can post everyday in social media but uninterested in customer service.

I was stressing that it took 2 weeks for shipment to arrive and when I tracked package it seemed to go upstate and then back to Long Island, I placed a second order for pick up and waited in the cold for 11/2 hours. I do love my purchases and think overall the 7 Line is great.
