Return process is impossible. There’s been an issue with the return labels generating for over 3 weeks. At this point I’ve given up hope :(

It took longer than I expected to get this in the mail. The quality is good so I was glad to get it.

I have been trying to exchange my lovely gown which is exrea small and I need a medium. I have written at least 10 emails asking help for an exchange with no response or support. I have paid for this and have a gown which fits no one!

Can’t give a review. Ordered the nightgown on April 24 and still haven’t received it . Today is May 10th. I ordered it for my daughter’s birthday on May 11.

The order took 6 weeks to be delivered. Reply email communications on my inquiries appeared to be canned with no reasonable explanation as to why the delay. Way too stressful of a purchase. Too bad b/c it was a beautiful nightie.
