Product was excellent. Shipping was a little slow as the package seemed to be hung up at the Kansas City post office for a few days.

Return process is impossible. There’s been an issue with the return labels generating for over 3 weeks. At this point I’ve given up hope :(

It took longer than I expected to get this in the mail. The quality is good so I was glad to get it.
