Very disappointing. Wood thickness is significantly less than described. Site shows edges burned from laser cutting, but clean surface and one side of all pieces was badly scorched. We could have worked with the scorching if the dimensions were accurate. These are craft pieces, not construction lumber where "dimensional" sizing is the norm. No response to initial email. Unsatisfactory response to second email a week later. Poor product and poor customer service. Not recommended.

I gave them 3 chances and all 3 times the items were damaged, more than 1/2 . They didn’t package them properly for how delicate the cuts were ! They won’t reimburse me either!

on Monday the post office delivered my package and it was empty. I contacted the wood shape store immediately that the 2 foot pumpkin was not in the delivered package. They have not responded in five days and they’ve already charged my credit card so I have nothing and they have my money. I’ve sent at least four messages through their chat room and numerous emails with pictures showing them the empty package (not to mention the packaging was just a plastic sleeve with no reinforced sides to send a 2 foot, quarter inch thick, pumpkin. I guess I’m not surprised the whole side busted open and the pumpkin was missing. All I want is my pumpkin or my money….it should not be this difficult

Received what I consider a semi nasty email when I questioned shipping times. It took them over 12 hours to get back to me and only replied to my second email. I NEVER received an answer to my first. Love the products that I purchased and will purchase more but they need to work on customer service skills.
