As of yet have not received the product and wanted them for the upcoming concert

Ordering was easy but did not receive the product. Very disappointed as they were for the up coming concert

Bought a t-shirt and I'm really impressed with quality of the shirt and the print.

Love Wiggles, but online store is a bit of joke. The shirts took almost a month to arrive. Ordered the smallest size (small), but shirts were way too big. Unable to refund or get store credit because "quantity/ designs are correct".

We have not received our order yet and I cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve.

Very poor quality. Will not be buying from them again

The website is straightforward and easy to navigate. I bought a t-shirt and cap for my son for Christmas and they arrived in time, which was excellent, and tracking/communication was good too. Did not need help from Customer Service. The only thing I am sad about is that DVDs are no longer available to buy on the website.

Very happy with the quality and the size of the shirts the only issue was the delivery time. We ordered well before Christmas and it only came a few days before so we were a bit worried. Will keep this in mind for future orders. Thanks Wiggles for making our daughters Christmas with her Dorothy and Wiggles shirts

Easy to navigate, secure, and quick follow up.

Ordered 4 shirts for Christmas in mid November, all showing available online. I recieved an email early December saying they had been dispatched and were delivered a few days before Christmas with a note saying one shirt is still coming due to stock but no eta. Disappointing that this was clearly available online, no mention of it in the dispatch email , absolutely no notification given for the extended delay until delivery and no estimate as to when it will be delivered now.

I bought myself and my son tshirts to wear to the wiggles concert 15 days before the concert and they arrived 10 days after the concert, 25 days for postage is not good enough. It took 20 days for the order to be packed so it can’t even be blamed on Australia post.

A little expensive and also no toys for young kids. Youse haven’t had a new range of toys for a long time i think its time youse brought out some

I ordered 3 2xxl rave tshirts I mistakenly ordered two of them in the wrong and emailed asking if I could return the two tshirts in the wrong colour for the colour I was ment to order . I received email say sorry we can’t exchange for the colour you are after . So one star rating .
