Wear it slightly unbuttoned or buttoned to neck, tucked or untucked, the fit is superb. I'm overweight right now or could likely find a similar success story with a cheaper shirt, but as things are, this is doing me just right. Quality of the cotton is nice. It holds it's shape well enough when you wash. Only note is that for me, the sleeves are too snug, so I have to wear them unbuttoned - which looks fine. For $100, this really should be the best button down you ever buy, and it pretty much is. (For reference, I'm pear-shaped.)

Upstanding customer service. I've only had 1 interaction with customer service and it was great. I've never had any problem with my orders. They arrive in a timely manner and well packaged. Shirts are wrapped in tissue paper just as if I had made the purchase in person. The #1 reason I buy shirts from The Shirt is the no-gap buttons. I usually have to not get shirts with buttons or use tape to close the gap, but these I can grab a shirt without worrying about a gap.
