I ordered a 10 second blade setter from Amazon, but ended up getting one that was apparently incorrect for my razor. I apparently needed one with the white stripe. I reached out to "The Rich Barber" and they sent me the correct one for free. Outstanding customer service and I can't wait to try this out. Thanks, Rich Barber!
