I ordered the Dr Mary’s side sleeper pillow initially, and then ordered the pillow case for it. I accidentally ordered the wrong pillow case, and when I got in contact with TPB, they made it right immediately. Great products, quality, and customer service. I will be a customer for life!

I ordered right before Christmas, so they emailed to let me know it will be a little longer to get so they can enjoy Christmas and New Year’s!! I was very appreciative of the communication! Glad to support a small business!!

Shipping was so quick and the packaging was very nice. I appreciated that the pillow came fully fluffed and was not vacuum sealed like a lot online.

Although I ordered days before the holiday and made note of the gentle disclaimer that order may not be fulfilled until after the holidays, my two side sleeper, custom embroidered pillows arrived in 4 days. The embroidery is beautiful and the pillows have been a game changer for our household. Will absolutely look into other pillow and silk cover options in the future.
