Bought this as a present for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. He absolutely loved it! The website was easy to use and very simple to pay. Last week I ordered a personalised balloon glass- the product took a couple days to come (as expected because it had to be engraved). When I received my order, there was a computer error which changed the apostrophe in the name to the computer code for it. I wrote to the Kitchen Gift Company and within minutes they replied apologising and offering a replacement for it at no extra charge and no hassle of sending it back. The lady I emailed was extremely helpful and completely willing to help. The next glass came the next day which I was extremely happy about as it was a gift for a friend and I managed to get it to her in time despite the error that happened when it was processed. The glass is beautiful and my friend loved it. Can't praise the help team enough for how speedy they were to reply as well as get the product to me and how willing they were to help me.

I brought a personalised kitchen work top saver(glass) This gift was a present to my placement as a thankyou for helping with part of my university life. I wanted to give them something to remember me by, not chocolate's or alcohol, something to keep.
