My French Bulldog has an extensive list of allergies (corn, carrots, turkey, fish, etc). I have only found one other brand on the market that doesn’t contain everything she’s allergic to, but it’s triple the cost, so I was OVER THE MOON when my dog not only liked the food, but doesn’t have an allergic reaction! Yay! Super thankful for The Honest Kitchen!

The subscription service is great. It’s unclear to me how to use my points towards the subscription. I emailed and asked and they just replied with a help article. I hate that. Otherwise great customer service

A few years ago we had our senior kitty on this food, I informed them that she had passed away peacefully and they not only fully refunded my subscription money but they also planted a tree here in Michigan for her. When I received the certificate in the mail I cried like a baby. No other company would do that and it meant so much to me. Her tree is somewhere in my state thriving in a national forest ❤️

I love the AutoShip option where I can adjust the dates. The food comes packaged in another box so it’s not damaged. My dog loves this food. He he’s a golden retriever, but don’t let that fool you. He’s still a picky eater

Received more quickly than expected, securely packaged, accurate notifications as to when it arrived. This product is sold in a couple of local stores near me, so I may try purchasing it nearby in the future, though the website often provides discounts not available in my brick-and-mortar sites. Have to weigh the trade-offs of buying local vs. receiving a discount.
