I have a Trek Rail 9.7 that I wanted to convert to a Coil Over set-up. Getting the spring rate, and all the parts necessary to make the conversion was a daunting task alone. The technician researched the dimensions with other shocks that have been fitted to the frame, helped with the spring rate calculations, and located the upper and lower assembly parts, then sent it to me in an email.
