My napkins arrived much sooner than I expected. The linen is of excellent quality and what to say about the embroidery itself. It is detailed, every stitch is perfect and the use of various colors make it so vivid. The owner answered my questions in a prompt manner and made of my shopping experience one of the best I’ve had online shopping. I will definitely be using this shop in the near future.

The only thing that could have been done was perhaps an idea of what the bespoke monogram looked like (for approval?) between the ordering and the delivery. Luckily it was perfect, but it would have been nice to have been reassured AR some stage in the process.
