While the band is great, their customer service and response rate is poor. I had to return one of the bands I ordered for a different size as it didn’t quite fit me. It took them more than a week to respond and confirm the receipt of my return despite the postage tracking showed they were in possession of my return for a week. Once I got support to exchange the size, they were relatively responsive. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size I requested. So I have to now consider going through an entire return process again including having to pay for shipping for the third time. I have sent their team an email about this. But it has nearly been 5 business days since I sent the email with no response still. I recommend that you be sure you know what size you want or be prepared for a lengthy return process and potential shipping errors.

Very useful band but the band where the clips are causes some irritation when i am having it on. Tried adjusting it but unfortunately it is just part of band

I am loving the flexibility the basic band gives me I am a size 16-18 and love to tuck jumpers with skirts . The basic band give the confidence to show a hint of belly !

I did measure first, but unfortunately the band is purchased is a little too small and uncomfortable to wear. The armbands are great.

Great lil buy, was sceptical but am a believer and user now! Comfortable, didn't cut into my skin, held my tshirt (oversized, thick cotton) in place all day, no nipping, tucking or re-adjusting.

Purchased my Basic Band last week and of course has to use it straight away. . I tucked a navy top up and under instead of down the front of white linen pants, it worked a treat. . No bulky fabric. . I am thick through the waist ( a size 14) and bought the XL. . I could easily have done with a medium. . Thanks Nicole and Dani for a simple solution to a age old problem. .
