The agent will not answer or respond to your questions appropriately , after multiple emails and calls none of the agents have answered my requests I received a defective item that I returned and still haven’t heard back from the agent. Besides numerous emails and calls still waiting to hear back from a manager. I have been communicating with Taylor and Lindsey pending a response The company confirmed that they are putting customer first But my experience is very far from that

Poor communication

Order was placed and processed on July 1st. I keep getting emails stating my order should be shipped within 12 business days. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the order.

Such a simple and fast customization experience, I was able to make my ring exactly as I imagined it with just a few reworks in the process. It took all but 2 weeks from ordering to arrival. Not to mention the unbeatable prices! My setting is perfect, and my stone is so gorgeous! I am beyond pleased with this purchase. Thank you!!

The ring was beautiful, and the people seemed generally great. However, when it came to fixing our ring engraving, our requests were ignored, despite sending in pictures and clear proof of the error they made.
