The purchase process had its problems with the massager in the first shipment being faulty and failing to work. A tedious process followed of emails and requests for photos and videos but finally resulted in a replacement which has performed satisfactorily.

Although it took some time to find a way to communicate with your customer services eventually contact was made and my problem,the item would not charge,was dealt with by them sending me a working unit. Need to show items like this in the list of goods sold showing how to send back for refund.
