I love it for my bike without fenders. But can't figure out how to use it with my bike with fenders and I bought the adapter. Could not find any way to get support.

Does not work for a RAD city bike.

One of your ads included 15 pieces. In other words everything you need for your Thane to do all the jobs it is meant too. Not only was it cheaper then the $200 I paid I will now have to pay for all the additional attachments on top of it. I found this to be rather unfair, but I suppose it is your business practice. It's really appreciate ans it does save à lot of spaces.

I really like it but I find the cord does not stay on the hook and the plastic triangle that attaches to the carpet pad does not satay attached.

This machine is amazing. Does not leave any streaks on hardwood floors. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a machine that works for you and not against you.

Does what it says and is sturdier than expected. Very happy with the product. The only issue I had was that one box had doubled up one of the parts and was missing a different part. I logged the issue with Thane and it was quickly and easily resolved. Received the missing part the next week.
