My company was waiting on this. I received a notice saying it was delivered and we never received it. I called to find out the location and it seems that is was shipped to the wrong address. There was never a call or email letting me know the status. When I called the lady said "Oh, I'm glad you called. We have a note here that your shipment went to the wrong address"

You know, I hate reviews. However we determined if would be the best situation for our firm to purchase a scanner capable of 24x36 sheets for archival purposes. This "design/build" firm has drawings dating back to 1965. They needed to be digitized. I/we could not be more impressed with the machine or the service from you --you folks ROCK! Anyone associated with TAVCO finds themselves out on the left coast of America, stop by for lunch.
