Product arrived leaking twice but it was replaced and refunded quickly. The dressing itself has changed and doesn’t have the great flavor it originally had

The buffalo ranch dressing is delicious! I like the Italian one too, but the Buffalo ranch is my favorite. It makes me want to eat plate after plate of salad.

So few dressings are sugar free. This is the only dressing that I use on my kale salad. The dressings are always sold out at stores. I was so happy to see I could order them directly from the source!

Hi. We used to use your lemon dressing regularly. We stopped when you made the move from glass to plastic. Please consider reverting to glass bottles

I use to love your dressings, it's all I bought. It now cost me $7-8$ (insane) for a small bottle when I use to pay $4.50. The $7-8$ is the only price option I get at the stores that sell it in the St. Louis area. That can't just be inflation. I will never buy your product again until you take it down in price.

Love the lemon pepper. It seems that whoever runs this establishment isn't big on professionalism, or they're simply clueless. They are never stocked at any store in my area. Stores have put in product requests, 've contacted them directly and all I get is a never ending run around. They clearly have a tough time running a business. If you ever manage to find the product that they apparently don't like to sell lol get you some lemon pepper

I used to order online or drive any distance for this dressing. So sad that I can no longer even choke this down. I loved the ranch and habanero ranch. Now the habanero ranch is a runny mess and the ranch just does not taste good.

We LOVED the Creamy Caesar and Habanero but as most folks have discovered, it's been been out of stock for months everywhere. I just saw an article from Maryland that they were sued for non-payment to some of their suppliers...they shutdown production in July and moved to another company to make their stuff which is probably why they went to plastic bottles and the consistency has changed. I hope they can get their act together because we really did love their dressings.

Used to absolutely love the habanero ranch we bought it all the time in like many others are saying now the quality of the product has changed it’s running it’s oily and it just dribbles right off of your food. Very disappointed as this isn’t a cheap condiment to buy and I bought three jars and all three are drastically different than how they were in the past.

I used to love this brand! So easy and yummy when wanting a healthier choice, especially with Whole30. But I would agree with the previous post about the downward trend in quality. The consistency of the ranch was way off. Very oily, and even the bottle seemed messy/oily on the outside. This was true of all of the ranch-variety bottles on the self. Very disappointed. I hope whatever quality issue is going on changes otherwise I will continue to stop buying!

Did they change the recipe?? Super watered down. Not the same. Now changed to plastic bottles:(. I used to love this dressing. So very disappointed:(

We have been using the Habenero Ranch almost daily, for about a year now. I recently purchased two bottles and the consistency was off…it was thin, oily, and seemed almost separated. I returned those bottles figuring it was a fluke, and then it was out of stock (at multiple retailers) for at least a few weeks. I found a bottle today, and unfortunately, same issue. Beyond the off-putting consistency, the flavor is off as well. It’s not edible. I’m disappointed! I’m hoping Tessemae will take note as it seems a few are reporting the same issue, and also very hopeful that Tessemae will reply with some kind of update. I don’t want to keep purchasing this product in hopes for a return to the old quality, only to be disappointed (and wasting money and/or returning to the store to return the product).

They are no longer in business

I have been obsessed with Habanero Ranch fir a few years but last two I bought seemed thinner, maybe watered down. Is this the new consistency?

I’m obsessed with the habanero ranch dressing and buy them all the time. The last two that I purchased or water down and running and when I open them the top of the opening was a little oily. Which typically isn’t too bad but it was unusual. And the running this cuts down on the spiciness of it which is not good. Has anyone else noticed this? Or maybe they’re cutting corners watering it down.

I have tried to find out when they will have certain items back in stock, first time they delivered it all of them exploded in delivery. Their customer service never responded when I asked when the buffalo is coming back. Just disappointed because you can’t even buy these in stores anymore. The company might be going under or something.

Not sure what happened to this company. Downhill 1000 mph. Never received my order even though my credit card was charged.
