We ordered the same size shorts (2XL) for my wife that we did last fall. This summer the 2XL shorts we ordered were considerably smaller and did not even get over her legs. It was pretty defeating. And the fact that you do not make a larger size feels like body shaming and exclusionary. As much as she likes her Terry shorts, I don't know that we will purchase from Terry again.

Terry is a stand out company. The customer service is excellent, the web sight is easy to use, and their products are high quality with many of them being made in the USA, like my favorite bike shorts, the Breakaway.

So far, so good. I’ve only had a chance to do two short rides since the saddle arrived. So, nothing to report yet.

No issues with order.

This was for a pair of gloves that I already had but split prematurely. I emailed and inquired if there was any type of warranty or guarantee for their product. The customer service agent was extremely responsive and I had a brand new pair of my own choosing within a few days. I love all the gear I have from them but the customer service is top notch too.
