I loose money trying to send back items that don’t fit unless I buy something else from Terry. NOT customer friendly!

Terry is a stand out company. The customer service is excellent, the web sight is easy to use, and their products are high quality with many of them being made in the USA, like my favorite bike shorts, the Breakaway.

So far, so good. I’ve only had a chance to do two short rides since the saddle arrived. So, nothing to report yet.

Love them!! No tugging in the crotch, leggings stay put without indenting my fat thighs.

This was for a pair of gloves that I already had but split prematurely. I emailed and inquired if there was any type of warranty or guarantee for their product. The customer service agent was extremely responsive and I had a brand new pair of my own choosing within a few days. I love all the gear I have from them but the customer service is top notch too. Thank you, Terry!

I purchased two headbands. I love them. They are not too tight.

I have been bicycling for 55 years and wearing Terry clothing for 15 years with no disappointment recently I’ve been ordering online and I’ve had the best customer service from Lisa after I order the wrong sizes and after the post office lost a package. Exceptional all around. Thank you, Terry.

Customer service is great! However, I had to call to actually get my refund pushed through. That said, each time I called the service was fast, and very friendly!

A very nice cycling short option for shorter rides. There is not a lot of padding so they are a good option if you are doing a short ride or if you are combining your ride with other activities. It doesn’t look like you are wearing cycling shorts. There are nice back pockets and the fabric is very soft. The pants are not compression and are very comfortable.

Perfect for snapping on mid-ride to tour a castle or grab lunch!

I find the fit large in the legs and small in the waist

Good selection of bike wears, top quality. Some order options -- like prepay return option -- is advertised on the site but not functional.

Purchased a Terry Raven Ti Gel saddle to replace an Avocet Touring II saddle that I've had on my touring bike for many years. I was skeptical about replacing my saddle even though I've purchased several Terry saddles for my wife over the years. After riding on the Terry Raven I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and feel of the saddle. I rode 50 miles just to try it out and felt none of the discomfort I'd experienced on my previous saddle. I only wish I'd made the switch earlier.
