The purchasing experience with Terra was flawless and my package arrived as expected.

I love terra! They have smaller size for women and super comfortable!

The only feedback would be to do better on notifying the customers on updates on the Order.

Way too big, ginormous!!!! Had to return. I ordered a size 3 wide and I was swimming in them like a little kid wearing my fathers boots. My friend tried them who is a size 8/9 and they were still too big on him.

Laces started to unravel (fail) during first week.
