These scanners are an excellent, cost-effective alternative to high-end brands like Zebra or Honeywell. They perform exceptionally well, even in freezer environments, provided the temperature stays above -10°. I did notice the screens start freezing if it drops below that threshold. One minor drawback is that the out-of-the-box configurations vary, so you will need to spend a little time tweaking the settings on each unit to get them dialed in. However, at $300–$400, the value is unbeatable compared to paying $1,000 to $2,000+ for premium models. A great option for budget-conscious operations. "

Very naviagable

Fast shipping excellent delivery original product detailed instructions

Researched a few registers before settling on this one. Looks great, works great.

It took a while to get my scanner but the original order got lost and then I was told Tera was moving warehouses and they wouldn't have any stock for a while to send a replacement. I opted to wait for the replacement instead of getting a refund and I am very glad I waited! This is exactly the scanner I was hoping for and I have been very pleased with it's performance so far. The email communication I received was very polite so I am satisfied with the service as well. Thanks Teradigital!

Good

A simply reliable and flexible product.

Very nice

A bit slow, but they make sure to get you the right thing. Overall satisfied.

Great job.

Shipping was good and we received it on time for our stock count.

Your products are great but newbies need better resources. Willing to read for hours and follow examples but so many products with different software it is overwhelming! Carriage Returns & new lines are most valuable presently.
