As TENZING is on the higher end of the price range for energy drink brands, when ordering online, I sought out options to apply discount codes. I first managed to get a personalised discount code, but then found a higher discount with a third party browser extension. However, when I tried applying this at the checkout, it confirmed the order and charged me, but removed the code (so that it was full price). Obviously, I was dismayed by this, so reached out to the support/customer service team. Honestly, I couldn't really complain about how they responded to this: while they were unwilling to honour the discount applied by the third party browser extension (apparently my order didn't meet the T&Cs), they were happy to refund the value of the discount that my personalised code would have afforded me. The team member was very friendly, responded promptly, and was also happy to pass recommendations to the technical team to address the glitch that caused the issue in the first place. Aside from this little hiccup, the order came quickly, so overall, it was a good experience. If anything, my experience with this technical issue disrupting my order has increased my faith in the brand, as they responded fairly, and were very open to feedback!

Delicious - the lime and mint is such a refreshing taste and flavour! Can enjoy this drink with ice by itself without it being my morning energy source. This is my second favourite flavour after Raspberry & Yuzu.

Initially half of shipping was lost by the courier. Emailed Tenzing and they quickly looked into the issue. After a couple of days replacement was shipped overnight and were greatly received. A1.

Delivered on time but packaging could have been better. . loose box with 50 percent of the cans dented! Still, tasted the same so not much to worry about 🤪
