Interval short was excellent for running. The phone holder in the liner worked perfectly. I tried a similar brand and that liner kept having the phone fall out while running. With the interval short the iPhone 15 stayed in perfect position and didnt bother me at all on the run. will be buying another pair

Shipment was quick, and the quality is 5-star. This is what lululemon used to be like. With a 31-32" waist, I'm kind of between sizes. I went with a medium, which is fine for lifting. If I were planning to run in these, I would probably order a small, as the liner is not quite as supportive as I would like for running.

Excellent product. On the pricey side but you do get quality for it. I recommend 10k clothes to those who tend to put their athletic clothes through their own workout. They will go as long as you do.
