I've been keeping an eye on a particular brand and ordering from Tennis Gear was simple. The racquets arrived in a reasonable time but one of the frames was off spec (-5 grams and a few points HL). It would help if the two racquets delivered were close to spec or at the very least actually the same as each other.

I was very disappointed when I received my shoes with a factory defect. No one checked before sending them to me. So I had to chase where they came from in order to swap a good pair. Once I found the main shop (wooloowin) the staff were helpful and apologetic but to bad for my shipping fee in order to save petrol ⛽️

I ordered a pair of Tennis shoes and 2 weeks later I still haven't received them. An online store like tennisgear should be on top of orders and follow up with customers if there are big delays of the shipment. Australia Post is not fast, but 2 weeks?!

Lizzie and the tennis centre team seem to be a great bunch.I had an order issue ( my fault ) and it was seamlessly sorted by tennis gear.Despatch and Delivery is fast (brisbane to regional n.s.w ) 3-5 days on several occasions. Their pricing is sharp and I particularly like the fact that the online store is part of a group of tennis centres which is a great way for smaller businesses to trade and compete with those big corporate bastards.
