I’ve ordered from this company several times and generally like their products, but my most recent experience with shipping was disappointing. They created a shipping label promptly to notify me, but the actual shipment of the shirts was delayed by nearly a week. When I contacted customer service, it took a few days to get a response, and the assistance provided was poor and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the shirts arrived after I had already left for my vacation. The shipment was coming from Florida, and I’m located in Pennsylvania.
