I’m in Oregon once/twice a year so I get my products every once in awhile when I come to the states or when a friend visits me. So I don’t know how timely the products get to my mailbox. 😂 It would be great if you could mail to Cabo San Lucas!

I have been using this company for years and never have had an issue with customer service etc. This time I must say I tried contacting customer service three times with no response and yes I do check junk and spam emails. I have contacted them prior with no issues. Something has changed. Even the product is getting more expensive, no duo or trio packs etc. which makes it too expensive when many of them clog on delivery . Many customers will get fed up if customer service doesn’t improve. Or product doesn’t deliver for the price.
