Customer service sent me a new pod since my was defective. Took a couple days to get back to me but overall very satisfied

Love the airbrush machine! Took the online questionnaire to get my correct color foundation. It’s perfect! I added a blush which color was also suggested by the online questionnaire. Love that too!! Fast delivery! I even had a discount code for free shipping!

While ordering was very simple and I received my package faster than expected, the foundation inside was open and all over the box. I wrote in for a replacement but received no response.

Fast shipping service, Package was in perfect condition upon arrival, I had the original Temptu machine, & really loved it. I didn't think that it could get any better but I was wrong because the Temptu Air is phenomenal! Couldn't be happier with my order.

I have used Temptu for over 12 years, and this make up not only looks good on me, but also conditioned my skin. I am an older women, and the look it give me is regal and elegant. Okay, I'm Beautiful, it doesn't give me that heavy feeling like most makeups do. Great Job for bringing all colors and types of skins together.

Service good, packaging good, ordering is fairly easy, product needs work. Seems every other pod works proper. Had to have to many replaced. Have one now that's useless.

Ordering is made easy by keeping my order history so I can re-order. Had an issue with the latest order (color/tone was different). The customer service rep, Lissette, stayed in touch with me until the issue was resolv3d.

I had the older Temptu model, and decided to treat myself to the cordless upgrade. Love the control. Coverage is so more even.

It’s amazing, very easy to use. It’s looks professionally done once your finish! It is worth every penny! I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I have never done airbrush makeup before but I am in LOVE! I had a question about what to order and customer service emailed me very quickly. I’ve got acne prone and oily skin and this stayed on all day long! Cant wait to try more products!

Good stuff

I love the convenience of the cordless application, but the pod does not work well. 9 out of 10 times, nothing comes out but air. I shake it, prime it, do everything the directions say to do, but have a terrible time getting anything out. I clean it after each use, but continue to have problems.

I’m new to Temptu and placed my order but had some questions about your products but there was no one to speak to..the automated message blamed Covid.. I live in Long Island where Covid is pretty rampant but business seems to go on, I could understand going into your store but telephone work? Other businesses closed shops but telephone service is available... That’s my only complaint..I love your products..

Shipping takes awhile and not many updates are given as to the status on arrival. Both orders I’ve placed have taken awhile to get here.

It seems every time I place an order, something is wrong. Even before covid, it takes forever to get a response. If it weren't for sales, I would buy from Amazon. This is what I am waiting to have resolved this time

Colormatching online is difficult. Since there really isn't any place you can go to swatch in person, there needs to be tons more shade photos in different lighting. Your product is not inexpensive and the two shades I got still ended up being way too dark (and yellow despite being "neutral!) and I'm just too lazy to mess with it now so I'm just considering it money I flushed down the drain. I wish there was a little shade kit with swatches that we could purchase online for like five dollars or something and it would have a little dot of all the light shades are all the medium shades etc. then that could be sent to our homes we could see which see matches as closely and then we could order the full size.
