It's been about a month of me using the monitor and I do love the ease and simplicity of syncing the information to the device, however, I have noticed on few occasions that the sleep isn't being tracked accurately. (I will be in bed laying down, but still awake, but it records it as me having already fallen asleep) otherwise, it has been fairly accurate. I need to learn how to read my chart a little better after a months worth of data, but I'm happy with the resources they provide, so I'll be digging into that soon. Overall, highly recommend this tracker for anyone starting out or seasoned in fertility tracking.

lots of watches nowadays claim to have fertility trackers, but temp drop is the most accurate and reliable. the placement of the arm band can accurately track the body’s basal body temperature. plus it’s comfortable and also keeps track of your sleep patterns. i can’t recommend temp drop enough.
