I ordered four samples prior to making a selection and delivery was prompt. I subsequently ordered three double rolls and they are all from the same lot number. The rolls were packaged in a sturdy box and arrived in good shape. I love the pattern and can't wait to see it on the walls. This has been a good experience so far.

Lots of filters to help you find the right design among the many available. Directions on measuring and installing. Fast samples. And don't overlook "see it in your room," which literally puts the paper you're considering on the walls in a photo of your room.

The color of one of the samples I ordered is called mocha but it’s actually blush pink. Very deceiving

The arrival of the double rolled paper was fast . It was expected to arrive on a Monday but ended up arriving on Friday so I got to start my project that very weekend after ordering. The paper was easy to work with and was thick and great quality. I will be ordering again soon for my bedroom and my son's room for an accent wall.

Lovely quality paper but can’t seem to get out a few bubbles. They reappear after smoothing them out.

Would definitely recommend customers order samples first; since they are different than they appear on line. Not unlike paint, the colors can change from day to night. Prices are high and also the repeat or loss on some patterns I think is a large amount of loss especially for the price.. Nice selection. Definitely ordering a pattern or two but just trying to decide. Customer rep Marissa I spoke with was great!

I took a while to decide which paper I wanted, and I chose the black intersections pattern after ordering samples and the tool kit. Took a bit but I got a statement wall complete all by myself. It looks fabulous and this was my first time ever doing wall paper. Tempaper was my choice because if the ease of application

Tempaper dished out another beautiful print. I was going for old meets new, meets cozy vintage hotel bathroom, and this print was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for smoothly delivering gorgeous wallpaper to my front door!

The wallpaper is beautiful and really brightens up the room. However, due to the nature of the big decal busy print my waste was significantly more than I expected. I recommend accounting for 20% waste in your surface are calculations so you don’t have to patch work at the end.

The flowers don't match up even when I laid the panels down on the floor before installation. I contacted customer service 3 times and they kept telling to try to align it from the top, middle or bottom, which I had mentioned I already had. Still, I sent pictures twice and tried multiple times to get this wallpaper to work, but there is a printing problem. Then Paul Luthman from customer service said because its an alignment product (rather than a defect problem) that only a partial refund would be provided. I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service of Temaper. They take days to respond and I have to hassle them for a response. Then they blamed it on me basically that I was not aligning this wallpaper properly because I'm "stretching" it wrong. This is not what I would expect from a good, responsible company. I would advise not to buy from Tempaper.

I purchased wallpaper samples and was struck by the difference in what is portrayed on the website and what I received in person. The samples each cost $6.95 and after opening the package and realizing the difference in what was represented on the site versus what the wallpaper truly is, I reached out to customer service to pursue a refund. I was again disappointed by Tempaper in their lack of customer service or flexibility and refusal to refund the samples. Only after this response, I have decided to write this review to warn others: Please avoid the mistake I have made and use another, more reputable company that values customer service as much as quality.

I ordered 3 rolls of Tempaper, that would have covered the neccessary squareft with excess. However, the pattern started at a different point of each rolls, thus I had no choice but to cut down several inches of the tops, so the patterns match. Because of this, I have bald spot at the bottom of my wall. Fotunately I could cover it with my furniture.
