Great customer service and fast shipping

I absolutely love the color and design of these hair clips—they’re stylish and exactly what I was looking for. However, I was really disappointed with the grip. Unfortunately, they don’t hold the hair well and tend to slide out pretty easily. I wish they were more secure, especially for thicker or more textured hair.

I really love Teleties, however it gets frustrating that I keep having to order more because they lose their shape. I get them to shrink down to “original diameter”. They stay twisted and never return to the original shape they came in.
