Excellent experience of purchasing TEGO Product

Have been using and even recommending TEGO hand towels since some time now. Was very impressed with their quality and performance and thus I went forward with their bench towel. See the poor condition of the stitching of the towel right after 1st wash ( Mild wash of 30 mins). Moreover, the soft microfiber side leaves large amounts of fluffy / lint on face while using. As much as it hurts to say, I am really disappointed with the bench towel and shall really reconsider buying further stuff from TEGO

The product i received is oversized, i requested for return, your pick up partner is not turning up, he canceled my return 3 times without calling me or reaching pick up location. It has been more than a week now. This is very pathetic.
