Excellent customer service. I wanted to buy one of their luxury dog carriers for a trip I was going on with my Dog. However, I needed the size medium and the one I wanted was showing as out of stock on the website. I contacted them and the person was so helpful, speedy and excellent communication and they were able to source the carrier I wanted in the right size and I received it very quickly. Very happy and positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again.

This was a gift for a friend for her little dog who just loves it. She was sadly attacked on a dog walk and since then wont walk. So this little bag was the perfect carrier bag to help her get out and about again. Hopefully in due course this little bag will help her dog build confidence again being in the big wide world. Unfortunately the bag smells moldy

Excellent customer service, as I had to send an email as purchased the wrong colour bow. I received a quick reply & my error was corrected no bother at all. My purchases are lovely & such great quality too.
