I contacted them and the person was so helpful, speedy and excellent communication and they were able to source the carrier I wanted in the right size and I received it very quickly. This was a gift for a friend for her little dog who just loves it. She was sadly attacked on a dog walk and since then wont walk. So this little bag was the perfect carrier bag to help her get out and about again. Hopefully in due course this little bag will help her dog build confidence again being in the big wide world.
