Great experience! Very nice bag; the leather is beautiful and the overall construction is sturdy. I love that it has two zippered sections to keep things secure and an open middle for easy access to everyday things you just want to have handy. Very stylish and just the right size!

The bag itself is exactly what I wanted. The shipping however took 2 weeks longer than expected due to a listing error. After the item hadn't shipped for a week, I would have liked to have receive a proactive message letting me know the item I ordered was out of stock after I made the purchase, though. Fortunately, when I reached out to their customer service they were kind and helpful. They reconciled the situation and gave me the updates I needed when asked.

Handle became miss shaped after first use and it is incredibly difficult to close (one side is always easy, the second side is not). Would not recommend this style, That being said the pink was lovely and the leather was beautiful. just a bummer about handle and flaps to close
