I absolutely LOVE this product! I take it every night with the Magnesium Brain Food and Melatonin (Sleep Like A Baby kit). It has a great cherry flavor and mixes well with the grape flavored Magnesium Brain Food powder, lemon flavored vitamin C powder, and no flavor Collagen powder. I mix all four at night and take a Melatonin after that. Works amazing! I also LOVE the Ted and Austin Broer show!
