10/10! If you want to shed weight take this. If never used a GLP1 but taking Berberine feels like power up for my metabolism. HM produces the highest quality on the market. Supplements get a bad wrap because most are full of cheap china ingredients and contain mainly fillers and even trace heavy metals, not so with HM I can rest easy knowing any HM product I take will be the best formula on the planet. And I have the blood work to prove it! I’m only 30 but I was a kid who grow up on HM products. I absolutely LOVE this product! I take it every night with the Magnesium Brain Food and Melatonin (Sleep Like A Baby kit). It has a great cherry flavor and mixes well with the grape flavored Magnesium Brain Food powder, lemon flavored vitamin C powder, and no flavor Collagen powder. I mix all four at night and take a Melatonin after that. Works amazing! I also LOVE the Ted and Austin Broer show!
