I have yet to use this cabin bag but it seems well thought out and designed. It looked bigger than I expected so hopefully it will pass most airline restrictions. My only real complaint is that the carrying handle is difficult to get at quickly and there should also be a handle on the side which would help when lifting.

I am very pleased with the professionalism this company has shown. My order arrived shortly after completing my order.The bag is really good, spacious, robust and easy to carry and travel with . Unfortunately the item had a flaw that I only found after using it for the first time, but Rachel handled the issue not only swiftly but very professionally and proceeded to send me a new item upon confirming what the issue was. A very fair backpack for the price Comfortable and fairly spacious I cut out the laptop compartment to create more space in the bag. I felt the laptop compartment was poorly placed and just took up space in the main packing compartment when I would just put a laptop in the front picked. The bag could also do with a waist strap to help support the full weight of the bag when being carried But generally I’m very pleased with it

This bag is well designed, full of useful features and looks good. However, there is a flaw in the design of the top handle - it is not strong enough to cope with the weight, so after repeated lifting with this handle it tears off from the surrounding material. It’s a shame (although I bought another one!).

I’ve been using cabin max bags for about 7years and they are excellent and last well. A chest strap would be the only thing I would add

Took the backpack to Thailand where we were moving destinations every few days. Thoroughly recommend the case which is cabin-size but both light and spacious enough to pack at least a week or two’s worth of luggage. Ingenious use of plastic bottles - really cannot tell the difference in material from other luggage and amazing to think that it makes use of plastic that would otherwise go to landfill.

Hi a good bag, only downside being that the top pocket lining separated from the zip straight up, so there isn't a secure pocket, it opens straight into the bag.
