My order was being shipped to the USA and I questioned them about the higher shipping cost than what was shown in the ad I saw and then ordered from. They explained the special shipping was for Canada, and then they discounted the difference for the misunderstanding on my part. Not necessary, certainly, but appreciated and a sign of good customer service.

I’ve always been a tea drinker and wasn’t sure I’d like coffee. Decided to try Tiramisu anyway and ended up loving it! I think this tea may be my gateway to becoming a coffee drinker too. And even if you aren’t a fan of coffee, you may still enjoy this tea (my Mom, who hates coffee, didn’t mind this tea)
