Lovely products ,but very disappointed with the care of the boxed products. Tea cups with lids are severely damaged . Purchasing any of your glassware and tea cups is a worry. .. will they arrive intact ?

Unfortunately the Fiore steeping cups were not available when I ordered because I really would have liked to have a handle, but I have been eyeing the cherry blossom Kati mug for a while now. It was very easy to order and it was here relatively quickly. The cup did arrive damaged but was replaced quickly.
