I ordered 2 rose quartz face rollers and 1 jade roller and they look/feel great and arrived overnight! One of the jade rollers I received didn't work very well on one end but after I emailed customer service (they replied within 3 hours on a Saturday) they arranged an immediate replacement for me, along with a prepaid courier bag so I could send the faulty item back.
