I recently completed a virtual classroom Agile Project Management course with Dot who was extremely supportive and very knowledgeable. The delivery via the virtual classroom ran very smoothly and was extremely interactive and I would strongly recommend this to anyone! A pre-course connectivity session with Mark was brilliant and ensured that there were no problems connecting to the different links and a tutorial provided in using the software. A great course run by TCC and Dot the trainer. From start to finish they were very professional. The tools used to deliver the virtual live course where excellent and immersive so you didn't feel at all like you were missing out being in a classroom environment. I'll be using them again for sure!

Completed the course this week with a keen group and excellent trainer. The content and format was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this to any other BA or Product Owner.

For me it was an absolute learning experience regardless of the mode of delivery . I enjoyed every bit of the class from the theories to actual class work, love it.

This course was very well put together, and worked really well, even though it is normally delivered in person. The exercises were well tailored to the remote environment, and the course still delivered the outcomes well.

I took this course to supplement my existing experience and knowledge. This course did that and much more! Tom was very thorough and the group working at times, was not on the right track in terms of solutions to questions and he would make sure we kept the discussion relevant and concise by hinting and pointing us in the right direction, which was invaluable, as some tutors on other courses don’t help in this way. Lovely food also!

Excellent tutor, who knows real life situations. Tom has a wealth of experience and ensured we knew all there is to know for the exam. He also enabled us to understand the course content by referring back to scenarios/case study and using the experiences of the attendees to explain the theories, which was effective and instilled confidence. This course will definitely enable one to apply theory in day-to-day work.

Dot has an engaging style and an affable personality. The course was conducted at a pace that was suitable for the wide range of participant backgrounds. Looking forward to attending a course on SAFe soon.

Was a delight to be in Dot's training class. Not only was it theory, but that theory was put into practice with the role play. This helped as I have never been involved in a Scrum meeting as such. Great examples and experience provided by Dot.

I really enjoyed the BCS Requirements Engineering course, and the tutor was excellent - not only knowledgeable but a pleasant and interesting man too who definitely knows his stuff. however, the course materials could have used a little work, in particular: 1. There were a couple of typos, and errors in the diagrams. 2. The answers to the practise questions weren't greatly detailed, so they were hard to learn from if your answer to the practise question wasn't correct. 3. The past paper example in the back of the course materials had completely inadequate practise answers - this was impossible to learn from. 4. The actual exam was harder than the practise questions and past paper example. Even though I passed the exam, I was unhappy with the difference in difficulty and so would like the past paper example to be reviewed to ensure that it is in line with the real exam.

Course well planned, run very knowledgeable trainer who did a wonderful job. The venue was excellent and catered well for dietary needs.

My AgileBA Practitioner's Certificate in August 2017 was the second time I have used TCC's excellent IT training services, and I was just as delighted as when I completed the full 4-module set of ISEB courses with them for the BCS /ISEB Business Analysis Diploma back in 2009. The quality of the training and support is absolutely brilliant, and I would not hesitate to study with TCC again in the future. Top recommend!

Thanks for a great course. Although we are not native in english, we were a full part od the course and cared for as needed. Although the training was tough and difficult for us, we had all the support we needed and we felt in the best of hands. And it helped us greatly to pass.

I would probably score this course higher but as I was already a Certified Scrum Master some of the content was already known but if you were new to Scrum and Scrum product ownership then this is a great course for you.

As a Business Analysis professional practicing within a technological environment, I found this course most useful in supporting me to apply my skills in a more Agile project environment. I can definitely recommend it to any BA looking for a course to learn the fundamentals of an Agile methodology, in order to support projects. Great course to learn business analysis practice if you have experience in the field or not. Recommended

The course was excellent Tutor was knowledgeable and shared real world experience (Jerry) The place where the course took place was easy to find The only thing that let it down was that there wasn't anything to drink during the day other than water and tea, the teabags ran out quite quickly also
