They were selling us on HSN I hope you put it on Amazon and it's an excellent product thank you so much I love to feel like I have hair shipping was about average no problem

Ordered several weeks ago. Order was dispatched to the uk, now being held at customs stating it can’t be internationally shipped. The company never reached out when I placed my order stating they don’t ship outside of the US- it wasn’t stated when I ordered and the prices were displayed in British pounds! Very misleading. I demand a refund as I don’t believe this was made clear- it is your responsibility as a business to inform your customer you can’t fufill an order before you prepare it and dispatch knowing it won’t ever reach the uk.

There was a slow delivery but I had the support folks look into it and they Promptly took care of it to my satisfaction! That’s great customer service!
